—The multiplication of indigenous leaders is a key component of any missional strategy. OurChurchLEADERDEX™ enables churches to develop contextual equipping and mentoring processes for ministry leaders from among groups in the community. Using a survey of the church members and leaders, OurChurchLEADERDEX™ does the following: (1) identifies indigenous leadership from the segments that exist already among the church membership, (2) surveys the church leadership regarding major cultural issues indexed by segment, and (3) surveys the church leadership regarding major leadership issues indexed by segment.

OurChurchLEADERDEX™ Questionnarie

The questionnaire is individually coded to the MOSAIC segment in which each member household resides. The cover sheet of the survey includes the member’s name and address which is removed upon completion of the survey to maintain anonymity.
