—3 Day Training Event for new IICM Faculty Associates

—This iFOCUS Basic Training for IICM Faculty Associates centers upon three foundational tasks in helping churches to develop missional relationships with the community. These tasks are: (1) Identify Community Cultures; (2) Clarify Congregation’s Calling; and (3) Cultivate Evangelistic Connections.

Training Overview

The IF601 Faculty Associate training consists of three parts: a customized, research report, training in interpreting and applying the research report, and a guide to implementation. The table below gives an overview of these components. Each participant will use the data from a church of their choosing during the training.
