Missional Congregational Development in Your Context
—1/2 Day or 1 day Informational Event for Pastors & Members
—Help your church unlock the Postmodern puzzle in order to share the gospel effectively in today’s world. This workshop will help your church discern how to connect with the numerous segments of lifestyle groups in your community. Using research-based tools, you can learn how to examine the health of your congregational culture and ministry, learn which cultural groups you can reach, measure how well you are currently connected with such groups, and examine the development of indigenous leadership. You can learn which ministries complement your own expertise, how to foster collaboration with other congregations and how to develop new directions in ministry.
Early registration (14 days prior to the event) will entitle you to a set of customized reports for your community—FREE.
Who should attend?
Pastors are encouraged to bring as many lay people with them as possible to facilitate the discussion and application of the community data.
