—iFOCUS Basic Training centers upon three foundational tasks in helping churches to develop missional relationships with the community. These tasks are: (1) Identifying Community Cultures; (2) Clarifying Congregation’s Calling; and (3) Cultivating Evangelistic Connections. Each task consists of three parts: a customized, research report, training in interpreting and applying the research report, and a guide to implementation. The table below gives an overview of these components.
